MAPIM SUPPORTS UN REPORT: END ISRAEL’S OCCUPATION NOW!

The Malaysian Consultative Council of Islamic Organizations (MAPIM) fully supports the latest United Nations Independent Commission of Inquiry report titled “More Than Humanly Bearable.” This 49-page document provides undeniable evidence of the ongoing genocide and war crimes committed by the Zionist-Nazi occupation against Palestinians in Gaza, the West Bank, Jerusalem, and Israeli detention centers. It further exposes the systematic use of sexual and gender-based violence as a deliberate war tactic since October 7, 2023.

ISRAEL’S ONGOING WAR CRIMES AND GENOCIDE

This UN report reaffirms the long-standing truth: Israel’s fascist government and military forces have systematically carried out crimes against humanity by:

1.Imposing a total blockade on 2.4 million civilians in Gaza, depriving them of essential necessities, including food, water, electricity, and medical supplies.

2.Deliberately targeting and destroying hospitals, schools, and vital infrastructure.

3.Orchestrating systematic ethnic cleansing aimed at the eradication of Palestinian sovereignty and identity.

4.Sanctioning sexual violence and forced public stripping as inhumane punitive measures against Palestinian detainees.

These are not isolated incidents. They represent a clear and deliberate policy of mass extermination and ethnic cleansing, in direct violation of international humanitarian law and human rights treaties.

MAPIM’S DEMANDS FOR URGENT GLOBAL ACTION

1. Recognition of the UN Report as Legal Evidence

We urge international courts, including the International Criminal Court (ICC) and the International Court of Justice (ICJ), to utilize this report as irrefutable legal proof against Israel’s leaders.

2. Immediate Arrest of Israeli War Criminals

The international community must expedite the arrest of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and all responsible military and political figures for genocide, war crimes, and crimes against humanity.

3. Global Sanctions and Diplomatic Isolation of Israel

Governments worldwide must impose strict economic and military sanctions on Israel, cut diplomatic ties, and end all military and financial support to its fascist regime.

4. United Nations Enforcement of International Law

The United Nations Security Council (UNSC) must immediately enforce binding resolutions to halt Israeli aggression and dismantle the illegal occupation.

MAPIM CONDEMNS ISRAEL’S ATTEMPTS TO DISCREDIT THE UN REPORT

We reject Israel’s desperate attempts to deflect from these serious accusations by discrediting the UN Human Rights Council and falsely labeling the inquiry as “anti-Semitic.” These tactics of intimidation and blackmail cannot erase the undeniable truth—Israel is committing war crimes and genocide in full view of the world.

TIME FOR ACTION: THE WORLD MUST NOT REMAIN SILENT

The global community can no longer remain indifferent. Every moment of inaction fuels Israel’s continued atrocities against defenseless Palestinian civilians.

MAPIM calls upon all nations, civil society organizations, and human rights defenders to unite in:

1. Demanding justice and accountability for Israel’s crimes.
2. Enforcing legal and political consequences against Israeli leaders.
3. Pressuring the international community to take real, decisive action to end Israel’s occupation and genocide.
4. The United Nations report must serve as a turning point—a wake-up call for the world to uphold justice and protect human dignity. Failure to act is complicity in genocide.
