DECLARATION OF POLITICAL PARTIES AND NGOs OF MALAYSIA

“Solidarity for Palestine, Strongly Condemning the Israel-America Genocide in Gaza, End the Occupation and Free Palestine”

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful,

We, the coalition of Malaysian political parties together with non-governmental organizations (NGOs), with a deep sense of responsibility and concern over the atrocities occurring in Palestine, hereby jointly declare:

1. STRONG SOLIDARITY FOR PALESTINE

Standing with the Palestinian people in their struggle to defend their homeland, fundamental rights, and dignity.

Expressing full support for the Palestinian people’s legitimate struggle to gain independence from Zionist colonial rule.

2. STRONGLY CONDEMNING THE ISRAEL-AMERICA GENOCIDE IN GAZA
3. Denouncing Israel’s atrocities, supported by the United States, in the mass killing of Palestinians, including women, children, and the elderly.
4. Considering these actions as war crimes and extreme violations of human rights.
5. Demanding that Israel and the United States be held fully accountable for the genocide and destruction in Gaza.
6. Condemning Israel’s decision to end the ceasefire and continue its brutal attacks on Gaza.
7. Denouncing indiscriminate attacks and killings of humanitarian workers, healthcare personnel, journalists, public officials, and Gaza authorities who are aiding war victims.
8. Rejecting and strongly condemning former President Donald Trump’s plan to take over Gaza and turn it into an “Eastern Riviera.”
9. Condemning Trump’s irresponsible threats to “let hell break loose in Gaza” if Hamas does not comply with Israel’s demands.
10. Urging the International Criminal Court (ICC) and the International Court of Justice (ICJ) to immediately enforce their rulings and take concrete action against Israel’s war crimes.
11. DEMANDING THE END OF OCCUPATION AND FULL INDEPENDENCE FOR PALESTINE
12. Urging all countries, especially Islamic nations and members of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), to take concrete steps to end Israel’s occupation.
13. Supporting the establishment of an independent and sovereign Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital.
14. Rejecting any form of normalization with Israel as long as Palestinian rights are not fully restored.
15. INCREASING ECONOMIC PRESSURE ON ISRAEL
16. Cutting off any direct or indirect trade with Israel, including products, companies, or entities that support the Zionist regime.
17. Urging the Malaysian government to enforce trade sanctions against any company involved in supporting Israel.
18. Calling on all economic sectors in Malaysia to cease any form of investment or transaction that benefits Israel.
19. Encouraging Malaysians to support boycott campaigns against companies and products that directly or indirectly contribute to Israel’s economy.
20. DEMANDS TO INTERNATIONAL BODIES
21. Urging the United Nations (UN) to impose international sanctions on Israel and suspend its membership from global organizations.
22. Calling on the ICC to issue arrest warrants for Israeli leaders responsible for war crimes in Gaza.
23. Demanding that the UN Security Council abolish the veto power often used by the United States to protect Israel’s atrocities.
24. Urging Islamic countries in the OIC to take collective action, including severing diplomatic and economic ties with Israel and its supporters.
25. Demanding the end of the blockade on Gaza and allowing humanitarian aid to enter without restrictions.
26. Calling for military action against Israel to protect the people of Gaza and urging the deployment of international peacekeeping forces to facilitate humanitarian aid entry.
27. MALAYSIA’S ACTIONS
28. Continuing to voice and express unwavering solidarity for Palestine’s struggle.
29. Mobilizing countries that oppose Israel’s occupation of Palestine and support the restoration of Palestinian sovereignty.
30. Demanding the lifting of the blockade on Gaza and the immediate opening of humanitarian aid routes.
31. Strengthening Malaysia’s diplomatic efforts at the international level to pressure Israel through global forums.
32. Increasing economic pressure by severing any direct or indirect trade relations with Israel.
33. Mobilizing more humanitarian aid through collaboration with trusted NGOs and international organizations.

With full awareness and determination, we pledge to continue fighting for justice for the Palestinian people and to work towards ending all forms of oppression and tyranny they are enduring.
