MAPIM Malaysia strongly condemns the ongoing genocide in Gaza, where the Zionist Israeli regime is systematically destroying Palestine’s healthcare system and deliberately targeting hospitals to eliminate wounded, sick, and defenseless civilians.

What is happening in Gaza is not a war—it is a planned extermination using bombs, starvation, disease, and medical blockade.

TOTAL DESTRUCTION OF GAZA’S HEALTHCARE SYSTEM – HOSPITALS TARGETED AND PATIENTS EXECUTED

The Israeli regime has made hospitals primary targets, bombing medical centers that once served as the last refuge for the injured and civilians.

Some of the major hospitals destroyed or severely damaged include:

1. Al-Shifa Medical Complex – Gaza’s largest hospital bombed repeatedly; premature babies died due to oxygen deprivation, doctors were killed, and patients were left to die untreated.
2. Turkish-Palestinian Friendship Hospital – Gaza’s only cancer treatment center was completely destroyed, leaving cancer patients with no chemotherapy access.
3. Al-Rantisi Children’s Hospital – The only pediatric cancer hospital bombed, killing innocent children undergoing treatment.
4. Indonesian Hospital – Direct missile strikes killed dozens of doctors and patients undergoing surgery.
5. Al-Nasr, Kamal Adwan, and Nasser Medical Complex – ICUs were burned down, hospital supplies exhausted, and patients died due to a lack of treatment.

These attacks prove Israel’s clear intent to annihilate Gaza, not only with bombs but also by ensuring that Palestinians die slowly from their wounds, diseases, and lack of medical care.

DOCTORS AND MEDICAL TEAMS TARGETED AND EXECUTED

Ambulances attempting rescues were bombed by airstrikes.

Doctors were shot inside hospitals for treating wounded Palestinian fighters.

Medical personnel were arrested, tortured, and killed for doing their duty.

Surgical rooms and emergency wards were targeted while patients were being operated on.

This is not collateral damage—this is a systematic war on Gaza’s healthcare system to eliminate any chance of survival for Palestinians.

A COLLAPSING HEALTH SYSTEM – HOSPITALS TURNED INTO GRAVEYARDS

The Israeli regime has blocked all medical aid, causing:

1. No medicine to treat wounds or infections.
2. No anesthesia – patients, including children, undergoing surgeries without painkillers.
3. No electricity for incubators – premature babies dying en masse.
4. No antibiotics, insulin, dialysis treatment, or cancer therapy – patients left to die in unbearable pain.Hospitals in Gaza have now turned into death zones, with:
5. No clean water – doctors forced to perform surgeries using contaminated water.
6. No morgue space – bodies decaying in hospital corridors.
7. No sanitation – hospitals becoming epicenters of disease outbreaks.

This is Israel’s weapon of war: blocking medical care and letting Palestinians die slowly.

HOSPITALS ARE PROTECTED UNDER INTERNATIONAL LAW – ISRAEL IS COMMITTING WAR CRIMES

Under the Geneva Conventions:

1. Hospitals are protected sites – attacking hospitals is a war crime.
2. Killing doctors, nurses, and medical staff is explicitly forbidden.
3. Blocking medical aid and supplies is a crime against humanity.

Yet, Israel continues to violate these laws with complete impunity.

THE ARAB LEAGUE AND OIC MUST ACT IMMEDIATELY!

MAPIM demands immediate action from Islamic governments and the international community:

1️⃣ Egypt must cancel the Camp David Peace Treaty with Israel and fully open the Rafah border crossing to allow urgent medical aid into Gaza.

2️⃣ Saudi Arabia and other Arab nations must withdraw all investments from the United States in protest of Washington’s full support for Israel’s genocide.

3️⃣ The Arab League and OIC must deploy medical aid teams and establish field hospitals at Gaza’s borders.

4️⃣ Islamic nations must provide military, diplomatic, and financial support to the Palestinian Resistance Axis.

5️⃣ Israeli leaders responsible for these war crimes must be prosecuted at the International Criminal Court (ICC).

THE TIME TO ACT IS NOW!

🔴 EVERY SECOND WASTED MEANS ANOTHER LIFE LOST!
🔴 IF WE CONTINUE TO WATCH IN SILENCE, WE BECOME COMPLICIT IN THIS BETRAYAL OF THE UMMAH!

MAPIM Malaysia asserts that there is no excuse for inaction. The time has come to mobilize, unite, and ensure this atrocity is stopped.
