We, the undersigned, representing human rights organizations, legal bodies, civil society groups, religious leaders, and concerned global citizens, urgently call upon the International Criminal Court (ICC), the United Nations (UN), and all governments committed to justice and human rights to take immediate action in enforcing the ICC arrest warrant against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.
NETANYAHU MUST BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR GENOCIDE IN GAZA
For months, Netanyahu has led a systematic campaign of mass killings, starvation, and destruction in Gaza, violating international laws and conventions. Despite the ICC’s issuance of an arrest warrant, he continues to defy global justice, escalating his brutal attacks on innocent civilians.
HIS CRIMES INCLUDE:
●Massacre of Innocent Civilians – Tens of thousands of Palestinians, including women and children, have been killed in indiscriminate bombings.
●Targeting of Humanitarian Aid – Deliberate attacks on food kitchens, hospitals, and aid convoys, using starvation as a weapon of war.
●Destruction of Homes and Infrastructure – Systematic bombing campaigns leaving millions displaced and homeless.
●Violation of International Law – Breaching the Geneva Conventions by attacking civilians, medical personnel, and religious sites.
OUR DEMANDS
1.Immediate Enforcement of ICC Arrest Warrant
All ICC member states must fulfill their legal obligation to detain and extradite Netanyahu if he enters their territory. Any country providing him refuge will be complicit in war crimes.
2.Global Sanctions on Israel’s War Machine
We demand immediate sanctions on Israel, including the suspension of military aid, arms trade embargoes, and economic restrictions until the genocide in Gaza stops.
3.Severance of Diplomatic Ties.We call on all nations that value human rights to suspend diplomatic relations with Netanyahu’s government and withdraw their ambassadors.
4.Support for the International Court of Justice (ICJ) Genocide Case
Countries must fully support the ICJ case against Israel for genocide, ensuring accountability for war crimes committed against the Palestinian people.
THE WORLD MUST ACT NOW
Justice delayed is justice denied. Netanyahu’s defiance of international law threatens the credibility of global institutions and undermines the very foundations of human rights. The international community cannot remain complicit by allowing him to evade justice while millions in Gaza suffer.
We urge all governments, legal bodies, and human rights organizations to take urgent action in bringing Netanyahu to trial and ending Israel’s genocide against the Palestinian people.
