PRESS STATEMENT
10th February 2026
The Israeli regime’s recent promotion of a nationwide organ donor campaign is morally repugnant and deeply disturbing when placed against long standing and credible allegations of organ harvesting from Palestinians in Gaza.
While Israeli authorities seek international attention by attempting to break a world record for organ donor registrations, medical officials in Gaza report a far darker reality.
Gaza’s Health Director has stated that bodies returned during and after ceasefire periods frequently show signs of missing kidneys and other vital organs. This is not an isolated claim.
Similar patterns have been previously documented and raised by Western medical professionals and human rights observers.
These allegations strike at the heart of medical ethics and international humanitarian law. The removal of organs from deceased persons without consent, especially from an occupied and besieged population, constitutes a grave violation of human dignity and may amount to a war crime.
Adding insult to injury, Guinness World Records reportedly reversed its ban on Israeli record attempts following pressure from US officials and powerful lobby groups. This decision reflects a troubling double standard that rewards public relations spectacles while ignoring serious allegations of crimes against humanity.
The international community must not be distracted by staged campaigns designed to sanitize the image of an occupying power. What is required is an independent international investigation, full transparency, and accountability for any violations committed.
Human bodies are not trophies. Human suffering is not a public relations tool. Silence in the face of
these allegations is complicity.
