Negotiation as a Weapon of War

The Majlis Perundingan Pertubuhan Islam Malaysia (MAPIM) expresses deep alarm at the global acceptance — and even endorsement — of the latest so-called ceasefire proposal between Israel and resistance factions in Gaza. We state unequivocally: this is not a genuine ceasefire. It is a strategic deception.

Israel’s government, led by Benjamin Netanyahu, with political backing from Donald Trump and Western powers, continues to deploy a time-tested tactic:
Call for negotiations to delay international pressure, while continuing genocidal military operations on the ground.

🌍 The World Is Being Played — and Most Don’t See It

The tragic reality is that much of the international community, including the Arab League, OIC, and governments of the Muslim world, have fallen into this trap. While they issue statements welcoming the “truce” and talk of “stabilization,” Gaza is being erased, village by village, hospital by hospital, child by child.

Every “pause” is used by Israel to rearm.
Every round of talks is cover for deeper massacres.
Every diplomatic applause is a betrayal of the martyrs.

🔥 MAPIM Exposes the Deception

This so-called “ceasefire”:

●Does not include a permanent end to Israeli aggression.

●Does not require Israel to lift the siege.

●Does not demand accountability for war crimes.

●Does not guarantee return of displaced families or full humanitarian access.

■ Instead, it serves only one purpose: to break the momentum of global outrage, divide the Palestinian resistance, and give political lifelines to Netanyahu and his Western enablers.

🩸 *The Genocide Continues Behind the Curtain of Diplomacy

  Even as ceasefire frameworks are debated:

Airstrikes continue to target southern Gaza and Rafah.

Children are dying of starvation and dehydration in UN shelters.

Makeshift hospitals are bombed and relief convoys are blocked.

Mass graves are being dug — not by rescue teams, but by grieving families.

🧠 MAPIM’s Warning to Arab and Muslim Governments

To the leaders of the Arab and Islamic world:

🛑 Stop legitimizing Israeli genocide through your silence and complicity.
🛑 Do not accept partial truces that offer no justice, no freedom, no dignity.
🛑 Do not hide behind diplomacy while Gaza is burned to the ground.

📢 MAPIM’s Position and Call to Action

We, MAPIM, state clearly:

1. Reject the deceptive ceasefire deal as a political trap and a betrayal of Palestine.
2. Expose the false peace narrative being circulated by Western media and Israeli diplomats.
3. Hold Arab and Muslim governments accountable for their moral and political failure.
4. Mobilize the global Ummah for :

■Full and unconditional ceasefire

■Immediate lifting of the siege

■Reconstruction and full access for humanitarian aid

■International prosecution of Israeli leaders for genocide

■Complete support for Palestinian right of return and self-determination

⚖️ Justice Delayed Is Justice Denied — and Death Accelerated

What we are witnessing is not just war — it is a calculated campaign of erasure.

And the so-called ceasefire is not a peace plan. It is a pause for extermination to resume under less scrutiny.

MAPIM reminds the world:
You cannot negotiate with bombs.
You cannot make peace while genocide is ongoing.
You cannot preach human rights while funding apartheid.

With the resistance of the Palestinian people
