EMIRATES FATWA COUNCIL FAILS TO UNDERSTAND ZIONIST ISRAEL AND US CONSPIRACY
We regret the position taken by the Emirate Fatwa Council ( EFC ) that supports the normalization and recognition of israel taken by the UAE .
We reiterate unreservedly our position that the move is not only a betrayal to the Palestinian cause but also detrimental to the interest of the ummah particularly on Baitul Maqdis and Masjid Al Aqsa.
We are shocked by the shallow understanding of the council which only focussed on authority of a sovereign ruler .
The issue is fundamentally about the legality of israel’s existence and the continued oppression of the Palestinians.
We express our stand that the Council’s commend on the normalization as “right and proper” the good offices undertaken by the UAE leadership is false and unacceptable.
We cannot understand the Council’s rational or even syariah argument for supporting Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.
The Council fails to comprehend the Zionist agenda to dispel any possibility of a just and lasting peace in the Middle East.
The UEA is not preserving the interests of the nation and its people as israel known for its deception will ensure its interest comes first. This is what happened to Jordan and Egypt.
The question of establishing the Sovereign Ruler of UAE as the only one that can determine the nation’s supreme interests and responsibilities in relation to war and peace, and the relations between nations, is still debatable.
We do not see any wisdom in the leadership’s acts for the supreme good for the nation and its people, as propounded by the Council.
Politically we opined that the position taken by Shaykh Abdallah bin Bayyah, Chairman of the UAE Fatwa Council, that “the initiative is one of the rightful authorities of the sovereign ruler”, cannot be accepted.
His claim that the Islamic Shari’a abounds in many examples of such cases of reconciliations and peace-making in accordance with the public good and circumstances must be examined by other scholars as his own fatwa is open to dispute.
What UEA and Saudi have done that saw the destruction and sufferings of Yemen is more that enough that points to the criminal silence of the Fatwa Council of both nations has deemed Yemen to be the biggest human crisis in the world today.
We cannot comprehend how the Council concludes an illegal state of israel can be recognized as a factor to achieve peace in the region. Israel is cancerous to world peace and its very existence is illegal.
The UAE’s track record of achievements in supporting Arab and Islamic issues, is reduced to zero when now it is hand in glove to continue the persecution of israel against the Palestinians.
