Press Release

CALL FOR PEACEFULL TRANSITION – NO BLOODSHED , NO REPRISAL

We call for the Islamic Emirate to restrain from any violence in the process of transfer of power in Afghanistan.

The escalating fear in the minds of the civilian Afghans are creating a very uncertain security situation.

We are deeply concern on the plight of the civilians who are panicking to flee and seek refuge to a guaranteed security location in and out of Afghanistan.

The Islamic Emirate should assure the safety of all , including those who have served the US for the last 20 years.

The functions of the health and education institutions of the nation must not be halted. The people are now facing an uncertain future and the children of Afghanistan must be given the opportunity to pursue tgeir ambitions.

We call for a smooth transition to avoid bloodshed and the residence of the city of Kabul should be allowed for free movement.

The millions of those who are now in IDP camps should be allowed to return to their homes safely.

We call for the leaders of the Islamic Emirate to embrace the path of moderation and engage with the Muslim world.

The dire conditions of millions of Afghan will not be resolved unless the Islamic Emirates engage with global Muslim organizations to initiate a constructive collaboration..

We urge the OIC to convene a special meeting on the situation in Afghanistan. A diplomatic effort should commence with the aim of assisting the people of Afghanistan in their basic needs and infrastructures.
