THE DECISION OF THE ISRAEL COURT IS STRONGLY REJECTED

Muslims should protest strongly to a decision by an Israeli court which allowed Jews to pray in the courtyard of the Al-Aqsa Mosque.

The decision of a court in the illegal state of Israel that supports Jewish residents praying silently in the courtyard of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, Jerusalem, is a barbaric decision and violates the agreement with Jordan that is the custodian of the Al-Aqsa Mosque.

This decision is totally unacceptable. Muslims need to rise up globally to unite with the Palestinian Muslims to reject the decision and preserve the sanctity of the Al Aqsa Mosque from Jewish aggression and barbarism.

We insist there is no other option but a muqawwamah (resistance) movement to defend the Al Aqsa Mosque and Jerusalem is the only answer.

This is not the first time the Mosque has been assaulted and violated by the Jewish police and zionist terrorists. It is very clear that the Jews never honored any covenant .

Jordan, which is recognized as the custodian of the al-Aqsa Mosque through agreements with Amman and Israel, has now being challenged. The mosque’s legal status under Jordan’s care is violated by Israel.

Israel once again shows that the goal of seizing the Al Aqsa Mosque is its ultimate priority and agenda. Now Israel is using the court process to legitimize its actions in intruding into the Al Aqsa Mosque.

There is no legitimacy whatsoever for the court to rule on the actions of a Jew who filed a claim to pray in the Al Aqsa Mosque.

Prohibition of Jews from worshiping in the mosque is among the clauses of the agreement and that the Jordanian government holds the custodianship of the mosque and all rules on any party to enter and perform worship in it are subject to the Al Aqsa Mosque Awqaf Department mandated by Jordan to manage it.

Israel apparently did not want to abide by the rules of the Awqaf Department as the administrator of the Mosque and so the police and Jewish visitors have always committed barbaric acts and violent intrusion inside the compound of the Mosque.

We demand that the OIC act to protest against the Jewish court’s decision and rule that the decision violates an agreement that should be respected.

We urge the leaders of the Muslim world to condemn the decision and act to pressure israel by imposing sanctions if it continues to allow Jewish immigrants to commit atrocities against the Al Aqsa Mosque.
