The Malaysian Consultative Council of Islamic Organizations (MAPIM) strongly condemns the continued inhumane atrocities committed against the people of Gaza during the sacred month of Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr. The world cannot remain silent as innocent civilians, including women and children, are brutally massacred and entire communities are obliterated.
The deliberate targeting of homes, hospitals, and places of worship demonstrates a complete disregard for human dignity and international law. Families fasting in Ramadan are forced to endure hunger, thirst, and relentless bombardment, while Eid, a time of joy and unity, is turned into a period of mourning and devastation.
We call upon the global community, including the United Nations, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), and world leaders, to take immediate and decisive action to halt the genocide in Gaza. The continuous blockade, destruction of infrastructure, and deprivation of basic necessities amount to war crimes that demand urgent intervention.
MAPIM urges all humanitarian organizations, civil society groups, and concerned individuals to mobilize resources and extend support to the people of Gaza. We must amplify their voices, expose the atrocities, and ensure that justice prevails.
The Ummah must unite in unwavering solidarity with the oppressed in Palestine. It is our collective duty to pressure governments, engage in advocacy, and provide humanitarian aid to those suffering under brutal occupation.
Gaza must not stand alone. The world must rise against this inhuman devastation and demand accountability for the crimes committed against innocent lives.
