On behalf of MAPIM’s leadership, I convey my deepest Takziah to the family members on the passing of Prof. Khurshid Ahmad, former Deputy Chief of Jamaat-e-Islami (JI).
A towering intellectual, visionary leader, and dedicated servant of the Ummah, his legacy in Islamic economics, thought leadership, and Da’wah will continue to inspire generations.
May Allah SWT grant him the highest place in Jannah, forgive his shortcomings, and bestow patience upon his loved ones and the global Ummah.
Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un.
للَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لَهُ وَارْحَمْهُ وَعَافِهِ وَاعْفُ عَنْهُ، وَأَكْرِمْ نُزُلَهُ، وَوَسِّعْ مَدْخَلَهُ، وَاغْسِلْهُ بِالْمَاءِ وَالثَّلْجِ وَالْبَرَدِ، وَنَقِّهِ مِنَ الْخَطَايَا كَمَا نَقَّيْتَ الثَّوْبَ اْلأَبْيَضَ مِنَ الدَّنَسِ، وَأَبْدِلْهُ دَارًا خَيْرًا مِنْ دَارِهِ، وَأَهْلاً خَيْرًا مِنْ أَهْلِهِ، وَزَوْجًا خَيْرًا مِنْ زَوْجِهِ، وَأَدْخِلْهُ الْجَنَّةَ، وَأَعِذْهُ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ وَعَذَابِ النَّارِ
