In Response to Israeli Settler Calls to Blow Up Al-Aqsa Mosque

The Malaysian Secretariat of the Alliance of World Mosque in Defense of Al-Aqsa (MANAR) vehemently condemns the recent incitement by extremist Israeli settlers calling for the blowing up of Al-Aqsa Mosque, Islam’s third holiest sanctuary. This vile provocation is not merely a verbal threat—it is part of an ongoing and systematic campaign to desecrate, divide, and ultimately destroy Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Such statements are tantamount to a declaration of war against all Muslims. They expose the true face of the Zionist settler-colonial regime: a regime built on apartheid, ethnic cleansing, and the erasure of sacred Islamic heritage.

We issue this urgent and unequivocal call:

1. Al-Aqsa is a Red Line.

Any assault, defilement, or attempt to destroy Al-Aqsa is a direct attack on the entire Ummah. It obliges a response not only in words but in deeds. The Zionist regime must know that Al-Aqsa will never be surrendered.

2. The Time Has Come for a Global Jihad of the Ummah.

We call for a total mobilization—spiritual, political, economic, and if necessary, physical resistance—to defend Al-Aqsa and liberate Palestine. This is a Fard ‘Ain upon every capable Muslim. The Zionist entity understands only the language of strength; we must respond in kind.

3. We Demand Immediate Action:

The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and Muslim governments must break their silence and declare the protection of Al-Aqsa as an emergency priority.

Muslim armies must be prepared to act. Empty condemnations will not deter the Zionist regime.

Mass mobilizations must erupt across the Muslim world, with mosques, streets, and institutions turned into fortresses of resistance and solidarity.

Economic boycott and divestment must escalate to choke the lifelines of the Israeli war machine.

4. A Call to the World’s Mosques and Ulama:

We urge every mosque, pulpit, and Islamic seminary to declare a state of alert for the defense of Al-Aqsa. Let khutbahs, du’as, and lessons echo with the cry of resistance and remembrance of Al-Aqsa’s centrality to our faith.

5. To the Settler-Colonial Regime:

You will never succeed. Al-Aqsa is guarded not just by stones and walls but by the hearts of over 1.9 billion Muslims. Every time you threaten it, you awaken the sleeping lion of the Ummah. Know this: We are coming. And we are ready.
